Minestrone Soup 3 cans 14oz beef broth 1 can 15.5 oz. red kidney beans undrained 1 can 15.5 oz. cannellini beans undrained 1 can 28 oz. crushed tomatoes 1 package 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach thawed 1 package 10 oz. frozen mixed vegatable thawed 1 small onion chopped 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon grounded black pepper 4-6 sliced bacon diced and fried bacon 1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni In soup pot combine all ingredients except macaroni. Bring to boil over medium high heat then stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stirring occasionally. Peach Cobbler 1 stick butter 1 cup self-rising flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 2 29 oz. cans peaches in syrup one drained Preheat oven to 350. Put butter in 9×13 cake pan and place in over to melt butter. While butter is in over combine flour, sugar and milk to make batter. Once butter is melted remove pan from over and pour batter over the butter. Then pour peaches over everything and put in over for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until edges get golden brown.
